The hospital called and said that my iron is lower than it ever was even last year, so I have to drive an hour twice a month to sit in a chair with an iv in my hand getting iron pumped into me -.- awesome. But on the plus side, I get to see my little buddy Aiden, who’s been battling with cancer for almost a year now. He’s only seven and that’s the shit that that poor guy has to go through. He’s an amazing little kid. The same clinic that I go to for hemotology is the same clinic that cancer patients go to for chemo treatment, and whenever I go, I go to his room now, and he always gets the biggest smile on his face and hugs me, if it’s a good day, we’ll go to the play room and play with his toys, and if not, we’ll just sit there and talk or I’ll read to him, I never thought you could have such a strong connection with a little kid that you barely know, but this one has for sure proven my thought on that very wrong. He means the world to me and I know that he’s strong enough to make it througe anything and that this is just a bump in the road that he’ll beat. I know he will :) And now I’ll be getting to see a lot more of him . Stay strong little guy <3
